This annual gathering attracts an extraordinary cross-section of The Woodlands’ supporters and users who connect with old friends and colleagues, and make new ones while they’re here. It is also a chance to reflect on the accomplishments of the past year that have continued to make The Woodlands a Philadelphia destination. At the event you’ll see the restored Hamilton Mansion and beautifully installed portico floor, Grave Gardens in bloom, and new site upgrades. We will also honor the leadership of long-time board members James Mundy, Jr., Philip Price, Jr., and Dr. Jeffrey Cohen at the event. They rotate off the board this October, and represent fifty years of collective service to the board and The Woodlands.

Your sponsorship will help raise $35,000 that will be used to enable our small staff to continue the momentum we’ve built with recent successful capital improvements, and community outreach. All sponsors will be recognized at the event and via pre-event publicity, including a listing on the event invitation for any commitments that are made before April 24th.
