Mornings are busy. We usually hurry through our myriad responsibilities, speed to work, and just hope we make it on time. Wild Philadelphia invites you to see what happens when we start our day with an intentional reconnection to ourselves and the world around us. At this introductory forest therapy session, your ANFT-trained guide will discuss the history and value of this practice, and walk participants through new ways to engage with nature through their senses.
