HOW TO ENTER
To enter for a chance to win a ticket to An Evening at White Acre, participants must make a tax-deductible donation of $50 or more to The Woodlands. Each increment of $50 is considered one entry into the contest (for example, a single donation of $150 guarantees the donor three  entries into the contest). Donations can be made via The Woodlands website here, or via mail [mailed donations must be received by Tuesday, August 5, 2014]. Donations made prior to midnight EST on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 will be entered into the raffle. There is no limit to the donation amount an individual gives.
Odds of winning this prize is 1 out of the total number of entries (to be determined).
The winner must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States in a locale whose laws do not specifically prohibit such contests.
No prize substitutions are allowed, but the prize is transferrable. The prize does not include any travel or accomodation expenses required for attendance at this event. The prize is listed below:
One (1) ticket to An Evening at White Acre on Sunday, August 10, 2014 from 6 until 10 P.M. Retail value is $1,500.
- SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner will be drawn at random on August 6, 2014 at 10 A.M. The Woodlands will have the final decision on any and all claims concerning this contest and reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if these Contest Rules are not followed. The holder of the winning ticket need not be present at the drawing to win but will be required to present positive identification for verification. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email on the afternoon of August 6, 2014. A maximum of three (3) messages (phone and/or email) will be left or sent to any winner. Winner must reply to The Woodlands within two (2) calendar days of the initial notification or an alternate winner will be selected for the prize.
- ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Potential winners must reside in a U.S. locale whose laws do not specifically prohibit such contests. Each raffle winner will be required to sign a release and certify compliance with all raffle rules before each prize will be awarded. Winners will be responsible for shipping or transportation charges, applicable taxes, registration fees, registration fees, license and title fees, insurance and any other charges or fees associated with acceptance of any prize. Winners will be responsible for making all arrangements regarding and related to delivery and/or transportation of any prize, any warranties, etc. directly with the prize donor. Winners shall release The Woodlands from responsibility and/or liability regarding the delivery, receipt, condition or use of any prize awarded.
